Return Policy

Sheridan's Market will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition and in the original packaging.

For a full refund or exchange, reach out to us within 10 days of delivery. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 10 days from date of delivery. Items must be shipped within thirty days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

Email us at customerservice@sheridansmarket.com with:

• Your order number
• Product you would like to return
• Reason for the return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at customerservice@sheridansmarket.com to schedule a return and receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

We will honor cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. Once an item ships, we cannot honor a cancellation request.
